“Rock, Roll & Remember” will feature music from the 1950s through the 1990s, with highlights from Queen; the Beatles; Led Zeppelin; Creedence Clearwater Revival; the Beach Boys; Bob Dylan; the Monkees; Earth, Wind and Fire; and “Hair.” An array of songs recorded by other popular artists will be presented as well, certain to bring back memories of “Good Times” that you can “Celebrate!”  ​A reception will follow the concert.

Providing musical entertainment in the Fox Valley area since 1950, members range in age from high school students to retirees, representing many cities and towns in the region.  Singers include people who have never participated in a chorus before - plus professional musicians, composers, and educators.  FVFC programs feature a wide variety of selections - from contemporary to classical, and from sacred masterworks to Broadway.

Besides presenting concerts locally, the group sang at Carnegie Hall in 2013 under the baton of British composer John Rutter; and in 2015 at Lincoln Center, led by American composer Mark Hayes.  In 2017, the Chorus embarked upon a tour of Italy, performing at the Vatican, in addition to churches, basilicas and cathedrals in Venice, Florence, and Assisi.  Following the June 9th concert, FVFC members will travel to the Silent Night Chapel in Frankenmuth, Michigan; Casa Loma Castle and the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, Ontario; and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio for appearances at these acclaimed venues.
