The Fox Valley Festival Chorus has been providing musical entertainment in the Fox Valley area since 1950. The chorus is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization composed of volunteer singers who reside in a number of towns in the Fox Valley area. In addition to our two major concerts in June and December, the chorus performs at a number of different venues including, but not limited to: music festivals, community functions, holiday shows, Christmas parties, shopping malls, historical venues, churches, and retirement/nursing homes.
Our mission, to promote and encourage choral activity as well as provide entertainment for the Fox Valley community, has been successfully carried out year after year thanks in part to our generous sponsors. You too can become part of this wonderful tradition by becoming a sponsor of the Fox Valley Festival Chorus.
In the past, our sponsors have helped the choir pay for a keyboard, sound equipment, sheet music, and much more. Your donation would be used to help defray the cost of music stands, music folders and storage, microphones, concert programs, amps, sheet music, and more. We would greatly appreciate any regular yearly donations, but would be pleased to accept one-time donations of any amount.

Program Ads:
Hundreds of people attend our twice-yearly concerts, so take this opportunity to reach out and advertise with us! Advertising space for our concert is available as follows:
$25 - 1/4 page (2 1/2” W X 4” H)
$50 - 1/2page (5” W X 4” H) Advertisers at this level receive one free concert ticket.
$100 - Full page ( 5” W X 8” H ) Advertisers at this level receive two free concert tickets.
If you have an ad prepared in the sizes listed, it can be emailed (PDF or JPG). If you do not have an ad prepared, we will design one for you at no extra charge (please provide a business card and any pertinant information about your business). Coupons may be included in your ad. Program will be a folded 8 ½ by 11 black and white paper program. Raffle items of equivalent value may be donated either for ad space or donor listing. Deadline for inclusion in program: June 1 for June concert, December 1 for December concert.
Donations:
Ticket sales, membership dues, concert fees and program advertising alone are not enough to support the ongoing needs of the Chorus. We are a 501(c)(3) registered not-for-profit organization, and any donation (large or small) will be appreciated.
Sponsorship:
Other methods of supporting the Chorus include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sponsoring the purchase of a set of music (This usually ranges from $50 - $150, depending on the complexity of the music and the number of copies needed.) Program acknowledgement is available.
Sponsoring a 30 minute performance at a nursing home or retirement center for $100. Other performance sponsorships are available.
Program and ticket printing, poster printing; music storage file cabinet; storage space rental, sound equipment, music stands, microphones, amps.
